The Kuta Seaview Cottages were a real find. They are in an excellent location almost next door to a Mini Mart. The hotel is directly across the road from the beach and you get lovely beach and surf views from the restaurant and from around the pool. The pool is lovely and the Italian restaurant and bar, Rosso Vivo, fronting the hotel overlooking the beach is very good and an ideal place for sunset cocktails as well. The shopping in Kuta Square is only minutes walk away and the shopping mall (with 2 more department stores and many shops and restaurants etc) is only a short walk along the beach. We had one of the 1 bedroom cottages which was excellent. I\'d recommend getting one of these. Much bigger than expected, a lounge included and a huge king size bed and a good sized bathroom, The rooms were spotless and the air conditioning worked very well. They have a nice private outdoor terrace and are surrounded in plush tropical gardens only a few meters stroll from the
pool. The focus of this hotel is the pool and the sunset bar and anyway,in Bali, you\'re only ever in the rooms to sleep we\'ve found. Breakfast was good, the Egg and Pancake station was great.
Service was faultless everywhere in the hotel.Definitely stay here again - no question. Loved this place!!

My reservation was well handled and even though there were some complications.

The staff made very good alternate arrangments for me.

The Restaurant & Bar serve good quality food & drinks although some time it take alitle time to arrive.

The room is large with Tv and Airconditioner very confortable.

They have beautiful pool good breakfast and staff very friendly who can speak english & Japanese.
